Slip Studio is an intimate and chill new clay studio. From beginner first timers to more advanced ceramic artists, Slip Studio offers something for everyone! 

   

Come and create, learn, and connect while making something out of clay. 

 

Join a weekly pottery class hand-building in clay.  Slip Studio is the only studio in Westchester focusing exclusively on hand-building! Yes, that’s right, we have NO pottery wheels!  Learn the fundamentals in hand-building; pinching, coiling and constructing structures and vessels made out of clay.  Hand-building is perfect for those who are just starting out, and even for advanced wheel-throwers in a creative slump – hand-building is the key to unlocking your creativity!

 

Ok, we lied… we do in fact have two pottery wheels. Two in-studio wheels for member artists.  Become a member at Slip Studio if you work from home and are looking for kiln access, or want to make stuff in-studio. Members receive discounted firing fees and full studio access to equipment, tools, colored slips, underglazes and house-made glazes.
